Energy Block?

Hi everyone,

I've been having vibrations, wooshing and roaring sounds, and the sensastion of falling fowards out of my body plus beeing lifted for several years and never really knew what it was and passed it off as being over-tired. But latley I've been reading about astral projection and I keep getting this weird sesnation.
Whenever I begin to have the vibarations now or go into a deep meditative state I get this feeling of incredible intense force in the pointer finger of my right hand. It's feels very intense and often disrupts what i'm doing and I have no idea why i feel this odd sensation. Does anyone have any idea what this could be ?

Odd sensations can be very distracting. I am not sure what could be causing such an intense sensation in your finger. You could be right in that an energy blockage could be partly to blame.

I used to get a sensation of massive crushing weight, but I learned to ignore it and it eventually went away. I wrote it off as a fear response.... a test of resolve that most projectors must face at some stage. The mind is a tricky beast to tame.

i sometimes get an intense pressure in the palms of my hands, like they have hooks through them and theyre being pulled on. if i remember correctly, these are energy blockages being released
