How far along am I? I seem to be having quite serious
energy sensations sometimes even when fully awake and doing
my daily life. I just started reading the APL posts and brim's
triangle method(which I find quite nice and very easy to use)
and while reading I tested it out and focused on it with
my eye's closed and almost immediatly felt energy surges.
The interesting thing is even when I'm not trying to my
energy body activates on it's own and I can feel a sensation
like cool water running through my entire body(but especially in my spine and my chest and lower abs)it's an amazingly joyous feeling
and almost consumes me sometimes to the point of going nuts, it
feels that good. Is this a good thing?
