Ever been... err... yanked from your body?

before my sister knew anything about an obe, she used to get sleep paralaysis alot. sometimes she said that "spirits" would grab her feet and yank her out of her body. she was i think 17 when this happend and it scared her alot. know she thinks it was a spontanious obe but she is still scared and, even though she could probably do it, she tries not to leave her body because she still has thouse scary memories.

I had that once a few months ago, I was asking for help to get out of body & felt hands pulling on my face.  I felt fine about it as this is what I wanted, unfortunately I didn't come out of my body.  I heard a voice loud in my ear saying "You're really close now!" but this had the effect of disturbing my concentration. I did have a vision as well, where I was given items for my protection. []

On that note, is it possible for somebody to project, go to another person who is sleeping, and pull that person into a oobe?
