ever tried to get answers from spiritual guides or higher self?

For those who are pretty experienced in projection. Have you ever been able to get information or input or answers from questions from your spiritual guides or higher self in the astral? tell of your experiences here please. What did you ask them? what did they reply? do you think it was real? pls tell.

My teacher is in spirit  who has been teaching me phasing projection scrying whatever you want to call it.  I think it's real I get snipps of life as it was in the 16th century. Stuff I was able to verify like terms used to describe color were different until the invention of the color wheel in 18th century.
Try to get over the separation between physical and astral cause it basically illusional. Your always in astral and physical because of your nature.  I talk to guides without going into astral all the time. I have to do a little switching to focus on them but I don't have to have an OBE.  If you need a guide call someone you would like to work with assume theyre there and start working on stuff. If you can hear them ask them to help with it.

I have a teacher who usually talks to me in the astral plane. I talk to my guides sometimes in the astral plane too, but I usually talk to them on this physical plane. Yes, they exist here too. Please don't think that the only way you can talk to your guide is through astral projection.
