A Dual Consciousness Experience Where A Spirit Entity Helped Me To Project

one time when i was laying in bed, it felt as if i was waking up.  i turned my head, but i was actually only turning my astral head, while my physical head remained motionless.  i sensed a type of dual consciousness, both astral and physical, simultaneously.

then something strange happened.  a spirit entity took hold of my astral shoulder as if trying to astrally rouse me from sleep.  the being literally turned my astral body on it's side, and i was still sensing two bodies (my astral and my physical) simultaneously.

in a context of eventually learning to perform conscious astral projections willfully, our physiology must be allowed to gradually adapt over many training sessions.  the physical body should only be pushed gradually, and not all at once.  it's very similar to a marathoner who starts running short distances before long distances can gradually be covered.  or a bodybuilder who lifts light weights before gradually progressing to heavier weights.  again, the body should not be pushed to the point of illness with the various methods which we may choose to practice, as may otherwise be exhibited by severe hallucinations, headaches, dizziness, stomach aches, sore throat, ear aches, etc.

I also had an experience where i felt a dual consciousness that i am willing to share. Just thought i would add my experience:

10/26/2008 – 8:44am - It seems that today I started some type of astral travel today but it seemed like it wasn't in my actual body because there was no separation and I actually started off on top of a mountain. My body was on top of the mountain and my body itself is on top of the mountain but I can actually create a second projection that was moving around and hovering below the treetops of the lower parts of the mountain and exploring areas around the mountain as if I was flying in precise detail. Something else to note is that the 2nd pair of eyes I was looking through I was standing as if I was physically awake somewhere else and then I am actually just closing my eyes and being able to project consciously within the lucid dream or something more that I cannot define right now. The projection was consciously from the body on top of the mountains. I did feel like I had a separate time frame in a different place. It didn't feel like it was my own body projecting but in another vessel or body. Another important thing I nearly forgot that I saw the sun clearly in the experiences and questioned if they referenced "The Horizon".
