Anyways, I was wondering how any of your OBE's come about?
Through meditation, mental discipline, relaxation..etc?
You ever plan to have an OBE mentally and then it comes about, or is it completely unexpected? So is it something that can be achieved eventually, or is it more like a gift?
Just wondering others personal experiences/ thoughts on this. Please share
