Because have you ever thoought of all the bad things that could be done with astral projection if someone got really good at it and wasn't a nice person?

I don't know.I have heard of astral projectors being able to do some INSANE things.Like being able to drain most of the lifeforce out of someelse's body while they are still in it. I think this is called psychic vampireism and can be done in or out of the body.

Iv read some Stuff about Psychic Vampires but i Dont Know much a bout them.

If you set up shields and protective measures while you're sleeping, you don't have to worry about that.    Psychic vampires who know what they're doing usually don't attack people... You can look at the site still though if it makes you feel better...
