Eyes should always be shut, defintlely. It helps you concentrate. You'll have little or no progress at all with your eyes open.

I agree!, unless you are an "ace" of a visualizer, eyes closed is far easier than trying to project withyour eyes open

I can never figure out wheather I'm supposed to shut my eyes when trying to AP. Currently I try with my eyes shut, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to.
