We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

LOL - well, @ least sweden's not out...yet. 2-2 against Denmark, then Italy got thrown out with their noses first.

Hi Erik,

Ah, your poor foot and in Anglo speak little toe is fine. Well obviously as women folk have been telling us all along your brain is clearly located in your toe (or other appendage)!

So in light of that what is happening is simply that your body is associating bed with sleep and not with trance states, and you toe is telling you so (etc) [;)]

There is no need to expect to have success with deep relaxation or trance in any position in particular. Try lying on the floor on say a mat, and if cold use a blanket to cover your self. Other than that stick with the sitting... During the Wales workshop with Robert Bruce last year a number of students had successful OBEs while sitting in what might seem to be plain vanilla everday chairs.

I'll let you go back to the footie!

All the best,

Stephen [:)]

Ok, i havn't been around here much as i losti nterest in AP, but now i'm back!

Anyway, i've been working on relaxation and entering trance state, and i have two problems.

1 - My F*cking foot
My right foot just can't relax. I tense the muscles right at the little toe (No idea what that toe is named really as english isn't my primary language)

2 - Trance
I can't seem to enter Trance no matter how long i've been lying relaxted in my bed. It just doesn't work. I have easier time entering trance when sitting in meditation, but then that stupid foot is ruining things for me.

3 - AP
I once got very close to actually *do something*, and i was lying under a thick cover to keep myself warm but my legs fellt for a few moments cold, as if i cold wind had swept over them. What's that all 'bout?
