I was just wondering how F4oC fits into the physical, astral, mental and spiritual planes scheme. I would think it belongs somewhere in the mental plane but im not sure. Also, I dont want anyone telling me Im acting like a mystic or something, but if people have been to these other planes then something must exist after F4, or is F4 suposedly the highest there is?

Im not really sure on your question as ive never really put much effort into learning about the different astral planes. Dont quote me on it but I think frank stated that all these planes where actually found in F2oC of the phasing model, so it would be hard to place F4oC from that perspective (i guess it wouldnt be found in the astral planes).

I really dont get the whole anti-mystic movement thats going on. Ive never approached projection in a mystical sense and ive never had the urge to slander anyone (thats not aimed at you NickJW). You can see its gone to far when people become fearful of asking questions incase they get "labeled" as a mystic.

In franks model F4 is the highest (I dont think frank would use the word "highest") it goes. I tend not to follow models exactly as there's still so much we dont know. If frank turns out to be wrong in some ways about F4 being a limit then it might unnesessarily hamper possibilities. I try not to actively imagine barriers infront of me that might not exist. However saying that, Frank has done some excellent work laying down the foundations for many of us to make great progress so all credit to him :D.

Hope that in some way helps, good luck.

Im not sure people who have visited the mental, buddhic and atmic planes would think they were part of F2oC, but who really knows?

I don't know anything about any of the F's! I had never heard of alot of the terms used here until I joined. I have my own ideas about the different astral planes and the places I visit and that suits me. I do love to learn though and other peoples ideas and experiences facinate me so although I get confused about some of the posts, I do enjoy reading them and trying to undersatnd them. I haven't ventured as far as some of the catagories yet, they sound as though they'd go right over my head! lol

I would assume that other people visited FoC 4 before Frank and that they came up with different names for it, so it seems quite possible that FoC 4 corresponds with one of these planes. I would check how Frank describes FoC 4 and compare that with the descriptions of the buddhic and atmic planes etc....... and see if something fits.

in a way it sounds like it could be the Buddhic Plane, or perhaps the area of the mental plane where you find your soul/causal body, but i have no idea as i have never gotten further than F2oC
