Fall asleep or obe?

hay smooth do try it a night in bed because recently i started trying OBE atempts during the day sitting up in a chair. this has given me the best results yet and it stops me falling asleep as you stated, i suggest you give it ago.[]

Some times when i attempt to have an obe i like fall asleep i think but I'm not sher. Last couple attempts i will be laying there for 15 minutes and all of a sudden i like "fall asleep" but i don't, its like i never fell asleep at all, just forgot what happened in the last few minutes. It like shocks me and i will sit a try and remember. Sorry if its not to clear what I'm saying because its hard to explain.

Does this happen to any one else? is this and obe that i don't remember, or am i falling asleep?
