Hi guys,
Just a quick enquiry, a few months ago I started having the begginings of OBE's where I would wake up and partially leave my body etc:
Now I am becoming much more open to it and my outlook on life is much much different.
I have many more Lucid dreams these days.
One of my problems is that once I become Lucid in a dream, I sort of discover that I have been talking to someone etc for a while and it is as if I awake in my dream and realise I have been on auto pilot for a while in my dream, but when I wake up I come to a realisation that I have been conversing with an entity etc or that I am in the presence something ( sounds crazy but when this happens the dream feels very much real.)
My problem is that when this happens I have a tendancy to want to look away from whatever it is that I am dealing with out of fear.
I usually feel like these things are negative, bad etc, but I do think I am creating this feeling.
Other times I awake to the buzzing etc but I always have this fear in me when I feel the buzzing etc and presences near me, and I sort of close my "astral" eyes so as to not see the frightening things and look away and try to wake myself up and after reading a fair few books I find myself screaming "repel repel" to them hehe. I feel that if I was to open my "eyes" and look at these things I would resolve my problem?
Basically I am expecting more negative things to happen and not positive, I think my outlook is what is holding me back.
Is there any advice one could give me to deal with these situations, I really want to confront these things and feelings and take them head on, but fear overtakes me each night.
I want to go further haha :).
Thanks!!
hehe.. I would love to help, but unfortunately I have the same problem! Kurtykurt said something on a different topic that settled in my mind,
don't think about the future, deal with the here and now, and everything will be okay. :-)
Just take things as they come
Just realize that you're safe.
If you still don't feel safe... fill your room with white light before going to bed, or perhaps cast a circle of protection... or pray.
Do whatever you need to do to feel that sense of safety.
