1.when you AP what happens to your physical body?
It lays there in a relaxed state, as if it's sleeping. Me personally, i don't breathe, my physical body is completely shut down.

2.how do you move, communicate etc in AP
You can move by floating, flying, either way you see fit. You communicate by telepathy, talking is a human thing.

3.can you go somewhere and watch what other people are doing for real or it is only that is in your mind
only in the RTZ ( real time zone ) when you are in the astral realm you cannot

4.can you move things in physical world
It takes TONS and TONS of energy to communicate in the physical while in the realm.

5.how do you return to your body, can you do it when ever you want
Give a strong desire to return, and give the command in your head. The realm is powered by thought. Yes you can go whenever you want, but it does take practice to be able to stay out longer and longer.

6.can you meet people that are projecting at the same time
Yes you can

7.before you AP do you must know what you want to do in AP or you can just leave your body and the think what you want to do and do it
Either or. If you have a goal in mind than go ahead and do it. If you don't know what to do fly around and explore.

1.when you AP what happens to your physical body?
For all intents and purposes, your physical body would "look" to be asleep.

Quote2.how do you move, communicate etc in AP
By Thought... Mentally.

Quote3.can you go somewhere and watch what other people are doing for real or it is only that is in your mind
People report as such, yes.  Although, perceiving what they're doing can be quite tricky.

Quote4.can you move things in physical world
Some say you can, some say you can't... try and find out for yourself.  :)

Quote5.how do you return to your body, can you do it when ever you want
You'll *ALWAYS* return to your body.  No if, ands or butts about it.
More often than not, you'll return against your conscious wishes... however, if you ever need to come back by choice, just simply focus your Intent towards "returning".

Quote6.can you meet people that are projecting at the same time
It can be difficult, but yeah.

Quote7.before you AP do you must know what you want to do in AP or you can just leave your body and the think what you want
Generally, it helps to have a specific goal in mind BEFORE you attempt.  It's not a rule, it just helps.  You can wing-it and go all goosey loosey if you want, but you might not get as much done.  :)

Quote8.what happen if someone or something awakes you during AP
What happens when someone wakes you up while you're sleeping?  ... you wake up.  ;)

In my opinion, projecting is no different from sleeping/dreaming... what *is* different is that you're fully consciously aware of who/what/where you are.

Your physical body breaths, Addict.  Otherwise you'd die.
It's an autonomous system.  Controlled entirely automatically without any conscious effort by you.
Same as if you were sleeping normally.

first one was partly succesfull

can you learn something in ap and be able to do in in real world when you wake up

How can it breathe if the consciousness isn't there? Don't take it the wrong way and think i'm saying that it leaves the physical as an empty shell. no no no. I've just noticed upon various returns, than my physical body would start breathing as i return. I'm planning on recording myself soon though. Just to make sure

Not that you can't believe that, but why exactly would that preclude that your autonomous functions would stop working?  They're automatic for a reason.
And why do you believe that you leave your body completely and it becomes an 'empty shell'?

Logically speaking, the no breathing thing that makes no sense to me since your physical body requires oxygen to "LIVE"... if it stopped breathing, you'd die.

The whole "consciousness" leaving thing... that's a different story, and you could really be right on that.  We don't really know.
I have no evidence to support one reason over the other at this point.  The best I can come up with is: I don't know.  :)

Well, that's a matter of debate really... I think it would depend entirely upon what it is you're learning.
If it's a physical skill, say for example, a martial art... that's mostly based around muscle memory, and in the non-physical you'd be hard pressed for your "non-existent" muscles to learn anything.  So, while you can/could learn things, it would depend upon the nature of that learning.

I said don't take it the wrong way and you did -__- I said that 'cause people always get the wrong idea so i decided to clear that out. There's people who can hold their breathe well past 12 min. To point out the obvious, you don't breathe when you're holding your breathe. In my case, my body might be holding in air and pulling oxygen from what it has. I know though that it's not moving my lungs to pull in air and breathe it out on it's own.

You're right, I read your post completely wrong.  :)

In any case, let me leave you with this thought... you probably have sleep apnea, it's where your body can't get enough oxygen during the night while it's automatically breathing for you.  This usually results in heavy snoring... the snoring is, quite literally, your body GASPING for air.  In some cases, as you say you've noted in yourself, a person can actually stop breathing entirely... this is actually *VERY DANGEROUS* and you really should get it looked at.

If your body isn't breathing properly while you sleep/project/whatever, it's "not normal" and you need to get it looked at by a sleep doctor.  Otherwise, one day you might find yourself as a permanent resident in the non-physical.

LOL i assure you, i don't have any sleep or breathing problems and i don't snore. The only thing i'm curious about when i wake up is, sometimes i'm on the floor, i'll have marks and cuts over my body, sometimes i talk in my sleep, somehow my blankets always end up sideways. Idk what else goes on when i'm sleeping lol. I always wake up in the same position i fall asleep in though D: Anyways, the gasping is when i come back to the physical body. It does not happen every time though.

And you think nothing is wrong?!

I urge you to speak with your doctor, the breathing thing is bad enough... but what  you describe isn't normal.

I dont understand when i go to ap if i close my eyes how will i be able to see anything?
last night i tried and it was worse than my first attempt
i was unable to get even in vibrational stage
can it be because i wasnt tired like when i made my first attempt(first attempt was prefect until i started hearing astral sounds i heard some voice and freaked out)

You're stuck thinking in physical terms... just close your eyes and allow to happen whatever happens.  :0

Also, don't aim for the vibrations... they're not a goal in and of them self.  In actuality, you might *NEVER* experience them.

Also, try not to 'freak out' at things.  :)
Whatever you experience is perfectly normal.
