Over the past 2 days ive had my first OBE, the first day which was 2 days ago I rose out just slightly but then I realised i was having an OBE and got excisted so i went straight back in. Last night i was in a very deep sleep and i was dreaming about talking to someone on my phone the i realised that i was holding a mobile that wasent mine and thought wait a minute im dreaming, so i tried the roll out method and it worked!! I rose out of my bed and into the center of the room but while doing that my astral legs got stuck in my physical legs and i got launched into the middle of the room spinning uncontrollably. Before bed i said 20 times in my head "tonight im going to consiously astral project" AND IT WORKED! so im pretty happy about that. You kinda think to yourself but i was dreaming, but the realise that it is a dream, i remeber it being very vivid but then again the memory of it is hazy so it feels like it dident happen.
:lol: :lol: :lol: I think with anything once you have gotten over that first hurdle it will get easyer, as most people say its like working a muscle, i also felt somthing like a hand trying to pull my through my bed is this just sleep para or could it be entities?

I am getting jealous... all I ever get is lucid dreams at max and my finger floating (woopdido my freaking finger has left my body :lol: :x)

About that grabbing hand..my brother has told me that at least 2 times when he has left his body a hand grabs his leg and starts pulling him towards center of the earth with great speed. It gets frightening after awhile, but he can get away as soon as he wants.
Could be entity related..
