Post any free online song/video clip or whatever of binaural beats that you have had OBEs while listening to.

Also - state how much time you listened to the song before you went out of body.

And it would be good if you share the technique you used to go out of body and when exactly you applied it - during the vibrations or after or whatever...

And also - does anyone know exactly what types of binaural beats they use in the Monroe Institute? I heard somewhere that when you are in one of the rooms they give you some ocean waves songs to relax you and then the binaural beat music is added or something like that... But what exact beats, how many hertz? Is there anyone here with such specific knowledge, like a sort of an expert on binaural beats with regular projections while listening to them?

Hi,
Interesting idea. You must be aware of different styles and types of music. Beats etc have a similar disposition. Your best way of finding what works for you is listen to lots a few times over and make a results table to reflect upon. I find the most basic ones boring, yet, these are the only ones that have an effect in their promise of entrainment.
Id suggest using Xanths 4 hz with white noise for starters. It does work as it should. :-D

Is that uploaded somewhere? Is this a specific material or just a suggestion to me to find a 4hz with white noise somewhere on the web?

Robert Monroe used what he called hemi sync .   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemi-Sync          I think its 400 hz in one ear and 410 hz in the other ear . I am yet to have a o.b.e. that I remember .   desert rat

Hi,
Oh yes, quite a few.
Have a read, it may help.

Enjoy.

cool, thanks. But this is a bit confusing. Did you astral project 45 seconds after listening to binaural beats? :?

Edit: Okay, I am reading this and I don't get something. You listen to the Xanth's binaural beats and you turn them off and then 30 seconds later you project??? Shouldn't you relax your body like everyone else for 10-40 minutes (for example) after pressing a button and switching off the song? I mean I never heard of anyone else projecting in 30-60 seconds... could you explain please? I want that too lol :).

I downloaded the brainwave generator and the presets made by Robert Bruce for his Mastering Astral Projection book. Has anyone had any success with one of the presets and which one is it? I removed the background noise cause it sucks. And lastly, how can I see how long the preset is? It just has a play and stop button.

Hi,
Re-read as its in that post. The 45 seconds is when total disassociation from the physical occured. Time after that point is immaterial.
You can achieve a fast exit with years of practice but not all the time. Getting relaxed first is necessary however long this takes.
I can't recall switching the binaural off just the physical world lol.
You could do this eventually, it cant be forced. The binaural was a help in two ways. It is slowly changing in freq at first which is very relaxing and secondly the pink (not white) noise drowns out the general bachground noise.
You sound eager to become proficient. Thats good, patience is a virtue you need to really understand.
Remember that binaurals only help you relax your mind, they can't make you project. You have to do that yourself.

On his website found here http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/
There are a number of links to great Binaural Beats to be found on the Astral Pulse. Just do a search using the words "Binaural Beats" in the top right hand corner of the page.

Hi,

I'd of said "reply 3"  :-D.
I'll also use the search box for some more.
