From about a week ago maybe around 12:30 Pm, before when i knew i was about to wake up at the end of the the last 10 second REM dream, but i consciously woke up too early because I subconsciously reminded my myself about astral projection (IDK how) and I fell into sleep paralysis. I saw myself floating but i was too freaked that i wanted to return, then i fell back to sleep paralysis but this time i decided not to open my eyes. I heard a few noises. Then i heard someone say "Thou raise your name up to god", then i was really freaked that I tried to roll out of my bed to wake up. But i fell to sleep state? And rolled out of my bed right in a dream? Then the rest I don't remember.

Was that astral projection i have done?

Yes!  Fear is holding you back from having a longer, full experience.  Just keep doing what you're doing, and remember there is nothing to be afraid of.  Nothing can harm you.  You'll hear all sorts of noises, feel sensations, and see images that may disturb you at first.  Just passively observe them.  When you are successfully 'out of body,' enjoy looking around, flying, touching things etc.

When I first started AP, I went through a phase of being very scared by the sleep paralysis sensations, and almost quit because of it.  Luckily I kept at it, largely because of the encouragement of the knowledgeable people on this forum, and now it is a very rare occasion that I feel any fear.   :-)

I used to have sleep paralysis often as well as very vivid dreams when I was in high school. Sadly I was unaware of AP at the time and didn't understand how golden those moments were. But I've some freaky things in Sleep paralysis, but I often think it away as I know its just my mind playing tricks on me.

Don't fear anything. Explore everything.

AP is something the soul naturally does, don't fear it. That's like being afraid of walking too fast.

Good luck, Danny. You can do it!
