One of our members, Flake, has written a 32 page eBook based on his own experiences, and has asked me to place it in the library for free download with his introduction which is below.

What I particularly like about this work is that it makes the most important point that Astral projection should be a totally natural and straightforward ability, and that many books tend to over-complicate the processes involved, making it seem very difficult.

Yes that´s right, I have written a little book concerning astral projection/lucid dreaming/out of body experiences. I never would have imagined a couple of years ago that I would do something like this, it was totally unthinkable back then... But things have changed, and fast.
   I didn´t write this compilement just for fun and point out all of the things that other authors have already pointed out, no. From my personal experience in the field of astral projection I have found out that much info scattered around the internet was to me pretty useless. In other words, the most of the knowledge/teachings  on the net is not how I would look at things or teach out things concerning AP (astral projection). So I felt like I had to point out the views that I think are appropriate, through this book. That´s the main reason why the book was written. The second reason why I wrote the book is that I also wanted to simplify the way of how to achieve an AP. I wanted to peel off the unnecessary information that so often was found in other texts and point out only that what you need to know and not some bovine excrement.  
   The book is mainly for those people who just are finding out about AP (a.k.a. newbies). However, I very much recommend everyone to read it just so that you would (hopefully) get some new views on things.
   The book itself is divided into three sections:

Basics of AP: All you need to know to achieve an AP

Advanced and theory: Contains info that you mainly don´t need to induce an AP but useful tips like for example how to make an AP last longer. The section also contains theories on consciousness.

Philosophy/spirituality: Thoughts on life and lucidity. This section goes deeper on the things that are mentioned in the second section.
