Question

An AP is an OBE to the astral planes which are planes based on thoughts.  An OBE is on the RTZ which is a plane that is a replica of the physical.  The difference between them and a lucid dream is that an AP/OBE is more lucid.  Some say that in a lucid dream you realize you are dreaming and in an AP/OBE you realize you aren't dreaming, you're OOB.  In my opinion a lucid dream is less lucid than an AP/OBE but also that not that a lucid dream is an AP/OBE.  This could be the case however it not always is.  But an OBE/AP implies that you are out of your body while a lucid dream is just that.  A dream while you are lucid.
