Use of BrainWave Generator Presets for OBE/AP

Hi all,

What are your opinons on use of BrainWave Generator presets in assisting/having OBE/AP ?
I havent had an OBE yet through meditation, so was thinking of giving that a try.
Please share your experiences and any recommendations/suggestions.

By recommendations, I meant : if someone has used Brainwave presets, which ones are good/ most effective.
