Title: First time I ever tried to project I succeeded, no projection in over a year
Post by: 123mac123 on September 21, 2012, 00:03:46
I think my ability is gone, I used to be able to induce sleep paralysis easily, then into a projection, now I can't and I have no idea how to project anymore, I try every night.

Why did you stop? Maybe after you answer that question thoroughly to yourself then you can find out what's stopping you now.
If that doesn't work then I guess it's back to square one, where you need to relearn the entire process again. Sometimes this rehashing is good for you!  :-)
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

You sound like you have lost confidence which is not surprising.  I think most people would have lost confidence if they have not ap for over a year.  That is a big part of the problem.  You have to know you can ap and it will happen.  You have to convince yourself that you can ap.  Keep telling yourself you can ap even if it does not happen.  If you do this, ap will become a lot easier to do.  The next step is get at least five hours sleep.  If you are too tired you are likely to fall asleep.  Your mind must be relaxed.  I listen to a CD of the sounds of the rain, wind and thunder.  It is very calming and relaxing.  When the CD is finished I just wait till I can ap.  It will happen, it always does.  There is nothing more to it.  It is very simple.

I also agree with Lionheart, you should learn the whole process again. Best of luck.
