hi! i had my first attempt at astral projection last night and i think it was a success...

i started around 10 oclock at night.   i did my relaxation technique ( a blue light filling me from toe to head slowly, every part relaxing as it went through it, i felt kinda tingly, good? ). then i began my projection technique i found online. i pictured dozens of birds tugging at my astral body until i was able to pop out of my physical body. i felt my astral head start to tingle, and vibrate ( i was excited ) at this point i was kinda scared for some reason. i continued with hesitation because i was kinda scared, i told the birds on and off to pull me, still having some kind of vibration and tingling in my head/neck area. then i heard my brother turned over ( we share a room ) so i knew i couldn't be all of the way out. so i kinda just decided to quit because i thought i did enough progress for the first day. :) :(       was this good for a first try?

1. when i feel all of the vibrations, will they get stronger and stronger until i pop out?
2. when picturing the birds, should i imagine the rest of the room as it would be in the daytime or night?
3. when i pop out will i be able to see everyone in my house sleeping? in physical time?
4. where should i go when im out?
5. do you think this is a good way to continue to try to astral project? how long does it usually take? 10 mins?          thanks guys.

6. how hard should the birds pull? just as hard as possible the whole time?
7. how often could i expect to project?
8. you dont have to answer all of these questions, as many as you want. thankyou for eveything ! :)

Sounds very promising to me.

Its funny but I also experience this feeling "I've made enough progress for tonight". I wonder if it isn't false, because I find after that, in following nights, the same feelings difficult or impossible to achieve. I should've just carried on the whole night, while I was on a roll :)

Let us know if you made any further progress? I like the idea of having birds drag me out of my body :)

If you feel progress is being made, go with it, cause that window isn't always open. The goal is projection, so don't be satisfied with anything less (like vibes). :)
