Well I laid down for a nap today and was deep in thought about OBE stuff. I started to get intense spinning sensations and I held on to it. I got a really cool pattern of light that developed in front of me. (eyes closed still awake) was just observing the darkness in front of me. All of sudden after seeing that swirl pattern I saw a grey oval shape that was horizontal, and inside of the shape was a bunch of symbols. They looked like Egyptian symbols and could of swore I saw one that looked like the third eye chakra symbol? Does anybody know what this could have been? I was wide awake. Just relaxing.
I would say your constant practicing in projecting is paying off for you now. Just relaxing is all it takes for me to Phase as well. Try to stay with the scene longer and find out why it is being shown to you.

I still cant pull imagery from waking consciousness, just weird looking energy stuff everywhere, any tips on getting to this state?
clairvoyance kicking in, remember that our guides and helper will project symbols and images to encourage you and also to recognise them, ask for them to give you more and they will :-D
