I recommend that book fully, that website is what got me entirely interested in everything OOBE and metaphysical etc and it is responsible for me having my first OOBE - It helped me have my first OOBE within just a month of trying. I studied the website entirely and it gave me the will power to try and project daily.

I am trying to learn how to obe(as quite a few of you i guess) but my problem is that i'm a bit lazy and i get distracted. I need a motivation to help me stick to my goal, so i kindly request that some more experienced travellers tell me how they use astral prjection, what they do in the astral plane, and how it changed their life.
It is very likely that this subject has been talked over several times but i can't find on the search button what i am looking for exactly.
I would be grateful for any replies. You can't imagine how much it will help me
