I once had a feeling that someone was trying to pull me out, but I couldn't keep the trance and then it disappeard. And I have heard that you can ask your spiritguide to pull you out. Just ask the question (in your mind) when you're ready.

It would make sense if you were stuck in your body during an OBE state. I haven't had an OBE so I couldn't tell you, but I don't see why not.

It's possible but extremely difficult to do for the person doing the pulling out.  It's easier to ask for help getting out to 'whoever' is out there when you're ready to exit than to make it a planned occasion.  Ex-treme-ly difficult.

Like the subject goes though, it is much easier if a friend does it.  I would have to get to you first-and it is easier to get to a person to whom you have a strong emotional tie.

Who knows? It might work. Unless my "guide" says- "Rusty who?"
My experiences have become few and far between compared to a few years ago though. Maybe someone who is more regular would work better.  But, I will keep Rusty in mind if I get out soon.

i've asked once to get help, and i agree, it felt like someone is pullin u out by your feet. but i didn't get out, and i thought i could see faint colorish sources above me, but i guess i couldn't get out.

I had a rare set of four projections last night.

The first one had me just skimming the surface of the experience. It is like a flat rock skipping across a lake. Eventually, I just went under and then it all faded again.  I had thought of Rusty and the request or someone to visit. 
After a brief pause, it started again. This time the vibration were strong.  I heard two women talking just barely audible. The discussion seemed to be about money.  I am not sure if there is a connection to my target.  I also hear a name "Cecilia."  I knew a Cecilia once, but I am not sure if I thought of her first, or heard the name and they thought of her.  I do not get to Rusty. It fades again.

This time it was even stronger.  I wanted to get to Rusty on the Astral Pulse group. I said it to myself over and over.  I heard the same voices.  Still I did not get any results.

The fourth time, I still heard the voices.  One said "He is asleep",  but I kept going. Finally I stopped and the vibrations faded. I saw a face.  Short dark hair, and a rather prominent nose- is all I can describe.  Not sure if it is Rusty or just a dream at this point. 
So- Rusty. I tried. I am not sure if I am even close. It is not easy when I do not know someone.   
It all ended at 1:50 AM pacific time on 09/01/09.
