I forgott to add  some more information that might help.

When the sound came, it was so intense it felt like my ears would blow.

Hey JC84Corvette,
I've had similar experiences myself. When the sound came to me, it seemed as though my ear drums were flipping to no end. It sounded like there was someone drilling in through my ears and into my whole head. Crazy. It was though there was a little guy inside my head pulling a thick chunk of air through a tight ear hole. It felt like something was being pulled through my ears that was thick and out it came out the top. Weird. I think were feeling subtle energies that have been amplified because of our extreme susceptibility top it. However, at that point, when experiencing the sound, I don't know how to work with it. Is it for healing purposes? Are we vibrating on a higher level and ready to take off? I'm glad you posted.

It's just remembering the number of times I've heard knocking, banging and sometimes the most almighty crashing sound; and I've actually got up and looked around the house (even looked around the gardens!) to try and find out what it was that had fallen. Oh, perhaps I ought to mention, don't be surprised if you start to hear music too."

I think I had this for a few months and thought nothing of them. Anyway I lay in bed with the intention of APing. After about 10 minuets I hear something like a big pop or explosion. 1 second before the pop or explosion sounds, the physicall sounds all of the sudden muted. Then the pop or explosion sounds came for about 4 seconds and that was it.

Was that Astral Sounds?
