another AP last night!!

last night I had an AP and I want to talk about these whirling pools, I saw one where these astral bodies were heading. I
thought I might just "check it out" and when I got closer to it,
there was a very bright glowing going on and I could hear music to,
it was very faint though. when I got inside i ended up in a town
where astral people can  go too!I talk to this lady, she had a car there
somehow, a whole bunch of cars were there, I was like wow! did you like
materialize this here?! and she replied "yes" it is very hard but i can
travel without having to fly. I was very amazed at this. afterwards i
headed to this nearby  grocery store where i met this clerk who told me how to
change astral food the way you want it, because when i went to check out some groceries i was gonna buy, they all turned to vegetables lol. I was like this "food was just snacks when i got it"! he said "i

know, some people get mad when this happens, the food suddenly changes somehow. But i can fix it for you. i said to him "ya id love it" so he told me to gather all my anger and put it into a ball, than visualise the food you want and shoot it at the food that changed. as i was doing that these thoughts and pictures came to mind,it was a place it looked  very lonely and dreadful. The clerk said he could read my thoughts and he told me about it but not too much, he said it was called the fuh grey  something, after that i seen this picture that looked simialar to the "nightmare before christmas movie"
does anyone have any suggestions on where i might have been, i dont know if part of me was in the astral and than it just turned to a lucid, because i could feel myself and i could even talk, i could think too.
