Hello to anyone who may read my post. :D

Firstly it is very interesting to read about everyone's different experiences and opinions about how they perceive astral experiences after they have returned to their biological state.  I would like to point out that as a person I try not to be judgmental and do take on board what people have to say in an objective, open-minded way (within reason).

Some things are difficult to explain in words, particularly multidimensional abstract relationships, whether scientifically, religiously, mystically etc - which ever is your area of learning.  ABE may very well cross all of these areas via one description or another.  Some people seem to do well with words in this forum explaining once concept or another.

One particular thing that I find is expressed often in this forum (mainly by the moderators) is that the freedom of conscience in a general sense is bound by their own particular frame of reference?  A persons frame of reference is basically the sum total of their being through life's experiences in any way shape or form, interpretation, cause and effect thereof.  A persons frame of reference is like a mode of learning and understanding reality that changes depending on how much and what you learn.

To me reality and truth are one and the same.  The human mind can easily cloud the perception of reality, for example, you can believe things that may not actually be reality.  Remember, reality is truth, it is obviously important what questions and answers you develop within reality to help define your frame of reference.  People have their own capacities and perceptions, not unlike like different containers can hold water, or different mirrors can reflect in a certain manner.  In any case, water is still water, and light is light; there is only one ultimate truth.

I could go into great explanations on this post about my "opinions" on different states of the freedom of conscience, or compare my ideas as being improvements on other peoples, but I don't think this is a going forward approach to ABE (ultimate ABE is death remember  ).

I welcome any questions if people are interested to talk with me about my own ABE or hear related ideas - I may also have questions for you.  It's great how like minded people can get together on specific topics to help each other learn about each others standpoints.

Kind regards  - Jason :)
