Am I correct in saying that your are free when you are on the astral realm?
If so, what can I do? I would love some examples please...
thanks

Explain 'free', what does it mean to be free?
People are slaves under their fears, slaves under their beliefs, slaves under emotional dependencies, slaves under their needs and urges.
And most likely, we are all in one sense or another, controlled and directed by our I-Theres. Our actions may be similar to a doll's.
do whatever you like.
your actions will effect your personal growth and development and the understanding you gain about your reality and your place in it.
if you behave with compassion for yourself and others you'll be fine.
Can you explain what freedom is? I am a bit confused as to what it is.
I think a more appropriate question would be:
what CAN'T you do in the astral?

It's letting go... of EVERYTHING, and holding on to nothing.

You are MORE free in the astral than here, but what you might notice is that freedom isn't just the ability to fly or teleport. If you observe the various spirits you meet in the astral, you might notice a pattern which will give you a wider idea of what it truly means to be free.
Good call Alan
True freedom is located in our thinking, willing, and feeling. It's not in any "realm" or outside of us. You have to transform how you think and perceive, then you can be free.
