I was out for a bit, nearly seeing the details of someplace I was going to. I heard music. not just a few notes, though. it was a stanza from Imagine Dragons's "Radioactive"

I'm waking up, I feel it in my bones
Enough to make my systems blow
Welcome to the new age, to the new age
Welcome to the new age, to the new age
Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, oh, I'm radioactive, radioactive
Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, oh, I'm radioactive, radioactive

I heard the vocals, but at down volume, complete with instruments and everything. It was only this stanza, then ended. I had on the earplug type of earbuds, and had the OBE thing going that I usually do, so it wasn't me picking up any of music from radios or computers.

I am assuming that, the way the lyrics are worded, it was a symbolic thing about me being awake spiritually enough to project.

Radio active things tend to glow in the dark. Maybe it's a verification you're made of light. :-D
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

AAAAAAAA

Actually, radioactive things glow with light that isn't visible to the naked eye. In order for radioactive materials to "glow", their energy has to be converted.

Back on topic, if you were listening to that song before you projected, that is your explanation. It happens to me every time I project whilst listening to music. Certain wavelengths, like maybe music from a phone or iPod for example, may not make it into the astral, but you can always be playing that music in your head and if you are focused on it enough you might even hear it via your transition into the astral, or even already being in the astral.

Good "assumption"!  :-)
