So I was chillin' on my bed and meditating, and then as I sorta "Spaced out" for a second or two, it felt like... a trap door on the upper side of my bed opened up, and the top half of my torso fell through. It was a rushing feeling, and I also had vertigo. It also felt like I was being pushed - Pressure. These are, from what I understand, good signs. Are they not?

Kinda sounds like you phased for a split second... then you noticed what was going on and it snapped you back to the Physical.
