Title: Getting heavy...
Post by: Pikmin_Fan on January 20, 2009, 11:21:43
When I was relaxing, my legs and arms were getting heavy.. Does this mean that my body was falling asleep?

Thanks!

Yes, that's an indication your getting relaxed and heading into trance. Keep on relaxing deeper.

Thanks! Also, how would I know that my upper body (head etc) are relaxed? Would my head "drift" off?

Getting heavy is an early sign, it may or may not move into tingling (not vibes), or feel like limbs are in positions that you know they are not. As you get deeper into trance and move into another state of consciousness, you'll start to lose sensations of your physical body. How your body feels isn't really important, it's just a sign your moving in the right direction. Ignore it and keep drifting deeper. I get to a place where I get kinda "fuzzy" like I'm about to fall asleep, and I either fall asleep, or if it goes as planned, "click" into another state of consciousness. It's unmistakable.
