Astral Projections happening not on purpose

my aunt told me that she frequently has OBE's and she doesnt do anything to make it happen. she says they are great, and if she put her mind to it, she could do it anytime she wanted, no problem. she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and i think that because of her unique energetic makeup, she has an easy time having OBE's.

does anyone have any idea how this happens, and does anyone think that it is because of her bipolar related mind/body?
