Getting stuck while exiting???

Hehe, that musta felt crazy for you! From what I read, alot of people get stuck becuase there are more charas in the upper body, and the arms and legs are always first to come out cause there are no chakras there! *shrugs* I dont guess that helps you any really...lol. Gems?

The gems I was referring to was my quartz neclace. Someone who posted before me on a topic like this suggested that gems if placed on the body will keep your etheric body grounded there. I dunno. teehee

Rusty, it is quite common to get partially stuck in the physical body, especially when you're a newcomer to OBE's.  My first five or so OBE's were all partial exits like yours.  But don't be discouraged, they are OBE's none the less!

Usually when I find myself getting "stuck", I have to relax and not get too excited.  You have to imagine yourself melting into the experience instead of moving around.

I don't know why that is, but everytime I try and move the rest of my astral out of a stuck situation, there is a 50/50 chance that I get too worked up and I ruin the entire experience.  However, whenever I melt into the experience (by relaxing, breathing, etc), the vibes become more balanced throughout my body and those stuck areas come loose rather easily.

About wearing quartz while projecting, I have never done that, so I can't tell you if it's affecting your exit.  My personal opinion, however, is that it will affect you if you THINK it will.  This is why I remove all jewelry from my body before laying down, just because I don't want to think that it will hinder my progress.

Sorry, I couldn't find the post on this topic.
I was having a partial O.B.E and noticed that my chest and middle torso was stuck in me. I was waving my arms in front of me, but couldn't see them. Wow. I tried to put my etheric arms down to push me out...it was pathetic...you can laugh...teehee. Anyhow, whats up with that. I have left before completely. Yet, this time there were gems beside me.
