Title: Glowing while O.O.B
Post by: blidge on April 23, 2012, 16:33:32
Hi all just thought id share my experience. A few nights ago just lying in bed and was aware of my astral body so i moved my astral body out of my physical by just trying to get out of bed, as i normally would. What happened next was that i just fell on the floor with a very mild bump. I then stood up and walked a few paces. I could see my bedroom ok but not as clear as in waking life, so at this point i said "clarity now" about three times but my vision didn't really get any better.

I wanted to say energy now but found it very hard to talk and couldn't quite remember that i wanted to say that, till afterwards. I thought id look at my hands and body and when i did i was surprised to see that my hands and body were glowing. The shape of my hands arms and body was that of well the only way i can explain it is the suit that David Byrne (talking heads) wore in one of his concerts. I glowed like i was wearing a big light made suit, weird.

My vision started to fade and then went but i was aware that i was in my bedroom still and that i was facing the outside window wall, so i decided to move forward and go into the back garden.

The next thing im dropping to the ground and its daylight in my garden. I want to fly so i make a flapping movement with my hands, i raise up so im looking into my bedroom window from outside.

Thats it, hope you found it worth the read. Just wish i didn't have to wait weeks or even months to have these experiences, even though i try most nights.

Hi,
It takes time to master so keep practicing. Try rubbing your hands together knowing this will give you your sight. It also helps greatly to get away from your physical body by 20 or more feet. You'll understand this when you do it.
Safe travels.

Are you sure you didn't just fall out of bed and think you were astral projecting? Lol people in the garden like, 'Whats that crazy guy doing?' haha I'm only kidding. The falling on the floor with a 'bump' made me chuckle because when I project, I feel real floaty almost hard for me to stay in human form and walk. Kinda like a half filled helium balloon. Anyways, it sounded like a good astral experience keep it up and happy travels! :)
