   Firstly, you can have a choice as to what comes around. I suggest when you feel any intrusive/noisy energy-- You can mentally, FIRMLY say, "LEAVE NOW!" or some such thing. If they have good intentions they most likely will abide by your wishes. If you still sense anything around  try using prayer and Ides15 suggestions about shields etc. Check out  Nita's & Robert's articles will give you lots of useful info.

  Practicing the power of prayer is extremely beneficial for our spiritual development and offers us a good protection .  Our intention to connect with the Godforce, the "Great Goodness", or the 'All that is' or whatever you like to call it--- draws  in positive , higher energies around us & strengthens our aura.

 In meditation you can ask for & visualize this connection with the Divine Source of All creation. Picture it as a completely beneficent and magnanimous Loving energy radiating all around you and within your core.

so basically, if my guides don't feel it's right for me to AP then there's no point in trying. Teh way you describe their actions it sounds as if they kind of have the script of your life figured out already. What about free will? Maybe your experience with them is just YOUR experience, not necessarilly the case for everybody else.

In reading your post the thought occurred to me that here we see a prime example of man's arrogance towards such things. You do have Free Will, that is a fact. This is a Free Will Galaxy and was designated as such so that anything is allowed. Why though would this lead you to believe that you automatically have the right to go where you please and do as you please? Could you now decide that you wish to find out what the U.S government does behind closed doors and walk into the Pentagon or the White House, announce your intentions, and be given free reign to do as you please?

Just because you have Free Will does not entitle you to do as you please. Remember also that everyone on this planet has Free Will also and as such, are free to try to prevent you from doing certain things. Proclaiming that "I am man" does not automatically entitle you to anything.

With respect to astral projection it is entirely up to you whether or not to try. It is entirely up to the guides however as to whether or not to assist you. There is no reason why you should expect that they have to help you in any way . In this Free Will sector of the Universe, do you imagine that Free Will is restricted to us humans?

You say that it sounds as if the guides have your life figured out for you already. It is in fact yourself that has "scripted out" your life. Whether or not you realise this does not alter the truth of it.

You ask if MAYATNIK's experiences  are just his when he has quite clearly said that he was refering to not only his own experiences (and in particular what his guide has told him in great detail) but also that of others. The experiences of MJ-12 for example – where it is well documented about their 'frustration' in not being able to go just where they please to 'visit' at a particular time using Remote Viewing techniques that the Military have proven to their satisfaction work for them, but clearly admit that they find they are restricted to certain areas by higher beings ("the 'aliens', who have control over what can be seen", as they put it).

The guides are not trying to dictate what we may or may not do. What does the word "guide" suggest to you? We are but infants in terms of galactic evolution and some of us have yet to learn how to crawl, never-mind how to walk. Would you allow an infant to have free reign to go wherever they wanted to, even if this meant them crawling into the middle of the road. Or would you keep the door to the nursery closed to them until they had learned how to be safe? Perhaps you would allow them do as they wish regardless but that would make you a poor 'guide' would it not?

Who am I to speak of such things? I am nobody special. All that I have done is to follow the guidelines to the correct use of the pendulum by MAYATNIK. In doing so I have learned quickly how to find the answers I seek. I have been selected by Karek, MAYATNIK's guide to respond to questions posed to MAYATNIK in these forums. I ask you to leave the attitudes, preconceptions and belief systems behind and see the truth for yourself. I can answer any questions you put to me but what purpose will it  serve to just present the 'answer on a plate'? These things are there to be worked through, so I am instructed by Karek to offer only guidance along the way.  In the Higher Realms the way is there to explore under guidance and with awareness that you will only be shown what you are ready for.   As you grow in awareness then, provided you have respect for those in the Higher Astral Planes of existence then you will discover the answers for yourself.

I did not read all the literature above, but I assume my point of view is unique[8D].
I will read them afterwards, and then add something below if needed.
Psi, I must admit that what you described happens to me. I think if those presences are unpleasant, they are fed by some inner conflict, or refusal of some important message, especially if they come back after prayers of protection, shields, and other light calls for help. I still have some presences wandering around but a lot less than before. But I still have some so it seems I did not resolve all conflict.

But about the shivering, which I have also, I think (if like for me it is pleasant) it is a help. It comes to tell you what's important, and where your task lies. It's a feeling that can help you cope with dark presence, and, of course, choose the right attitude with them.
A bit of thinking about who they might be, will help you understand what they do in your home. The answer might lead you to old attitudes you lieft behind, and which might need your blessing to go free... that's my present point of view...

How can I know Who makes me shiver like he or she does... I am willing to believe he is my personal guide, but how can I be sure?

I now have a new problem. I restart AP practice and look what happens!
For some weird and unexplainable reason, after starting AP practice, entitys are in my house or around me ALOT. I have a slight ESP and grew older suppressing it with common beleifs taught by my parents. I eventually started with AP and to make a long story short, I stopped a while for school and slight boredom with non-success. I now constantly perceive different beings moving around me, through me, ect. Im NOT PARANOID and I DO NOT HAVE MY FAN ON TO GIVE ME THE SHIVERS. I mentally ask for whomever in my general area to go away and usually they will. I have had one or two occasions where I would have an onslaught of shivers, as if someone was moving through my phsyical body to cause the shivers to annoy me. I was wondering, anyone know any natural methods for getting rid of these pesky people/creatures? I could always attempt to project and slap them myself, but im not going to project every 5 minutes :-/
