OBE?

sounds like it was an OBE-- but since im not you its hard to say. i know the "fuzzy vision" very well though--u probably saw the spider because you were still scared from the nightmare and it caused you to think things which got created. or something like that...

well ok i never OBE'd but let me tell you this there is no possible way you can fall on your bed unless you in astral form or your levetating yourself. so yeah i think it was an OBE and ja felt the astral self falling.

You know Robert Bruce called these thing Guardians of the threshold, they seem like they mainly appear when you are first getting to the obe territory and if you ignore them and put your attention beyond them they disapear. I saw one once but I did not let it upset me.
In the world in general and in this nation

Long time no see everyone!

I woke up from a really scary dream this morning and I tried going back to sleep.  But all I could feel is vibrations and it felt like I was floating.  I looked around it was so hard to see I could see my room but it was just so fuzzy.  And I saw this weird spider thing... It was really creepy looking.  All of a sudden, I fell on my bed and I was panting.  It was creepy.
