What is the best Method for OBE???

I am a newbie to all of this. I would like to know the best way to OBE I have project with success, but sometimes have a hard to maintaining my state of conscious.

Is this common?  I always seem to get mixed into a lucid type dream.    


Do things look exactly the same when we OBE?  or do they start to take on a different appearance?  

Things never look the same in my room when I project is this normal?

1st part, yes, thats normal.

2/3rd part, things might look a bit distorted and be moved, some old things that were once in your room and removed might also be there. But looking 100% diffrent, I don't know about.
Most people are pawns, believing what is meant to be believed, never even letting the thought that TK, PK, CK, AP's, ect. could be real. The ones who do, however, have broken their chains, and are free from the bonds of society.
