Gust woke up... :S

I am trying to AP fore a wile now, and I think I have some success in it.

Three Weeks ago I had a dream. I was In the middle of a Corn field. It was in The France, so it could be one in the neighbor. I was gust walking. I dint know, course it was still a dream. When I was getting my senses I notes that I was dreaming. So I was be able to walk a few steps before I felt something poling me... gust a moment Efren I woke up, but moving my body was very heavy.

Second was tonight.
I gust woke up. I had this really strong vibration in my body. I could not move. I notes someone else was there, and I was afraid it would speak to me and not a second later I heard a very clear voice speaking to me... I could not understand it... it was as a computer had changed it. I was afraid for the person so i tried to stop it and move my body.. Wat seemed to be impossible.. I was be able to move one finger and the vibration stopped. It came beck 3 times.. the were Les as strong as the first, but I was busy not to be so scared. I wasn't scared anymore, I was be able to turn in my bed. I had m eyes closed... I was sure about it, but though I saw my room as I left it behind the past day....

I went back to my position I was before and went back to sleep... the vibration was gone... but I felt really awaken the nekst thing in the morning.. I am sure I dirt not dream it....

I've been trying to AP for a while now, and I think I've had some success in it.

Can't wait till the next time... for the first time in ages I had a feeling that I was awake in the morning.. I felt good today... (It's not because the A>P... but gust felt good..)

One question... Way is something speaking an languish against me I cant under stand... and way whit a double voice.. (man and woman).. I know a ghost (don't know how you cal them in English) can be as a man... as a woman... but two voices is really overdone ;)
Someone understand way something would do that... It scared me... though it was good to have felt hoe it can be...
At least I am glad it happened....

And how is it possible fore me to wake up like that... I cant do it myself now can I? Gust waking up in astral whiteout doing anything.... Like it is going to easy (not that I do not like it ;) )
