Guys, what is it? I experienced something very unusual.

It happened several times, but this last time it was very intense.

I went into a trance and then my mouth started opening involuntary. Sometimes, it feels like some energy coming out from me and sometimes it feels like it is coming in me.

This time it was very intense and I felt a lot of pressure on the brain. It was on and off pressure, like it would start, press it very hard and then go away. And then my jaw opens and closes, moves left and right a bit and then I could not even feel anymore if it is open or closed.

It happens very often when I am about to enter very deep state of trance. It seems like it is some sort of gateway to deep trance state for me...

Then, after I returned, I felt my brain pulsating for like another 15 min. Also, when I looked in a mirror just accidentally, I noticed my eyes are very weird. Like they are very and very intense. I'm sure that look would creep someone out. I took a few moments to look at my eyes in the mirror just to reconfirm, and yes they looked very unusual and intense. Also, face felt weird too...

I felt like the Universe is granting me some powers or charging me with some powers when it happens. But again I am not sure...

Anyone had similar situation or knows what it could be?

Robert Monroe in one of his books describes how he was able to "tune" (or intensify) the vibrational state by moving his jaw. This sounds quite similar to me...

It sounds very much like an Kundalini starting to move. If I was you I would lay off projecting for a while, and get grounded. I have hadf similar experiences and believe me you do NOT want a premature Kundalini experience. Trust me on this. I respect what you are saying Mustardseed, and I understand.  But my view is that, at this time, there is mass light and energy coming through to us and the planet.  It is waking up EVERYONEs Kundalini.  How much consciousness we want to bring into this is our individual choice, but we cannot stop the awakening -we can only decide, for ourself, how we are going to experience it..  The really important thing is to be grounding 'in love'.  If, as well as we are able, when new things like this arrive in our experience, we let ourselves be guided into bringing our love into it (rather than fear) all is going to be well.  Remember to breathe.  Smile alot.  The opening in you now will open even more..  (it is time!) . .

Om, the problem with a premature kundalini rising is that your energy centers aren't prepared for the mass amount of shakti energy that will get *FORCED* through them.  Yes... FORCED.  You can't stop this kind of thing or slow it down... once it starts flowing there's no going back.
It can take many years of practice before you're ready.

Shakti uncoils at the root chakra and literally BUSTS through each chakra on its way up to your crown, destroying any and all remaining blockages. 
This can be potentially VERY damaging and VERY harmful if not well prepared for it.

Xanth, I understand.  You have gone through this already yourself?  My feeling is that K awakening is not wholly what it used to be.  The many who are already awakened and awakening are anchoring the energy and making it somewhat easier for the rest -what once was a storm, can now be anything from a strong wind to a gentle breeze.  It is moving in this direction more and more as the collective karma is reduced.  Awareness is key.  K is awakening in everyone (I feel).  It has already begun.  WE did not begin it, we are the receivers of it.  Our only job is to learn to stay grounded in Love as the light drives the shadows away.  In essence, this is all that is happening.  It is a joyous event.  When I remember, the energy moves through far more smoothly and so I share it.

One reason I focus myself this way is because something in me 'gets' that this is already happening for everyone.  Our waking minds are a little slow in coming in on it, but never the less it is already happening.  With this view, the idea of premature is rather off the table, the idea of 'now what!' is replacing it..  stay in love, stay in love, stay in love, through it all --it is all that is left to do . .

Even though I agree that this may be a moot point (as in we are probably going through a collective event) I do think that it must be stressed that it's better to go through it prepared, and not by surprise, so it's better to do the work to prepare (meditation, energy work and whatever call to service spirit may lead you to), and not just think it's something to pursue without proper training.
Some people become attracted to the idea by promises of power and 'increased abiltities' (in other words, the shiny things) but have no intention of doing the work that goes with it, they just want results, and they want 'it' now.
Hence all the warnings and stories associated with it.

ps. I know you're not one of those people.  I know I didn't have to say it, but felt that I had to anyway.

I think if you take it with respect and do not fear it and you are positive about it, not freaked out, then it is fine...

It is always good to hear what you have to say, it is always grounding.

I hear us saying the same thing from contrasting (but in no way oppositional sides).  It is for the reason you state I feel to bring attention to the fact that "we" are not instigating this, we CANNOT instigate this as nothing begins at the physical reality -all arrives here -all we can do is catch the wave of what is coming in, with our awareness, hopefully with some semblance of grace.  The sooner this is clear, the sooner the idea of pursuing and powers is quashed.  The sooner all high and mighty thoughts of 'ourself' are quashed.  The sheer enormity of what is coming in humbles, it can only be caught with humility, with the surrender of ourself to the service of what is indeed Great.  Any thought to the contrary will indeed bowl one over, with this I could not agree more.

I agree that to work from all sides is a boon.  To do all possible from here, yes.  I am a huge advocate of practice.  But all fear stuff is best let go.  We are ready.  This is what we came here for and it is happening.  Some aspect of the collective (you or me or someone) will always be reaching in to clasp hands with others, extending the message to all being uplifted.  Together we will keep ourselves ready.  We will keep ourselves upright and appropriate.  Knowing essentially, inside all external practices, the idea is to stay grounded in love; stay in love, stay in love, stay in love.  In this, we cannot get it wrong.

I would say to you it is NOT premature.  It is happening right on schedule.  Your consciousness coming into it is happening right on schedule.  Although you did make yourself available (yay!), the truth is that YOU did not instigate this and What Did does not make mistakes.  You will learn to pay attention more than ever now, as it is imperative to you more than ever now.  Your vision will improve (pay attention), your hearing will improve, and more --all to continue keeping you well.. to continue keeping you sufficiently informed . .  Be kind to yourself.  The pace should be pleasant.  Recognize the need for rest,

when it is time to move forward by absorbing and when you are truly opened for more..

You are awakening !

I cannot believe what I just heard...
I think it's happening to me. I will tell you a story that occurred to me.
 
As I closed my eyes,I knew that was the last time I closed my eye's before a life changing experience occurred. That night, I didn't fall asleep, I closed my eye's the hole night, It's hard to explain but I wasn't dreaming or sleeping my eye's were closed the hole night and my mind was processing over 1 million thoughts per minute. The thoughts were rather strange but yet very fascinating. I had that feeling that everything that happened in my life ALL MADE SENSE, from when i was young, to the experience's I'm having as a teenager all makes sense, I solved the puzzle to my mind, my soul, my inner consciousness. I felt as if someone was giving me energy, something, maybe a wave, "god" ,mass light or energy, was giving me the ability to see that someone out there is trying to tell me something, The answer lies beyond myself to figure out.It is a very hard experience to describe, yet their is no words for I can explain it to you, but all i can say is that, Things are starting to show up in my life, and I'm starting to manage all my coincidence's in my life.

What I mean by love is all that you have said and more.  Love is the essence of all things, the Source of all in creation.  As complex as it can be made out to be it is truly quite simple.  It is that still, quiet, intoxicating smile in your heart.  When it comes up on you it is breathtaking.  It does nothing but radiate, nothing but give itself, utterly, equally, infinitely and eternally.  Have you ever floated in perfect temperature water on perfect temperature day gazing up into the sky? . .  Love . .  --(just bringing it into your awareness awakens the attraction to it, yes?) . .

"Love someone and let someone love you, willingly go to the altar and surrender yourself to the Source of love, so that what?  So that through your softening the Source of love can find an avenue through you, out to the place where you have desired to care. This is the way we love, by connecting with the Source of love. And the way we connect with the Source of love is by having a place for love to go TO, by finding some thing or some place or some one for whom we can do something." ----This is the way we wake up, I am finding.
