It seems the more I attempt to AP and especially when I have successes I tend to have periods of waking up to hands grabbing onto me.  They never seem to be grabbing hard or trying to get my attention, and I never have the nerve to open my eyes and look, but I will wake and feel hands usually on my wrists or sometimes about an inch inside of my body usually touching my kidneys (I am an alcoholic, maybe it is some kind of spiritual healing?) I used to be terrified by this and freak out and run to my lamp and turn it on, but of course no one is ever there.  Now I keep my eyes closed and just feel them, feel what they are doing and occasionally spring out quickly with my own hands and try to grab the person, but there is never anything there.  I used to have them during sleep paralysis, but recently I am not paralyzed and I awake slowly and naturally by the soft touch of the hands.  I have narrowed it down to 2 things.

A) It is some sort of bizarre overlay experience where I am touching/healing myself or something my subconscious is making is doing it

B) Someone/thing is behind it.

Anyone else have any input or have similar experiences?  I feel that my "chakras" are more open now than ever and its possible that it could have always been happening but my "astral senses" haven't been strong enough to pick up on it.  If it is B, I have a feeling of who it is but I cant possibly ask them and I feel that it is probably done subconsciously or through dreams anyhow and they may not remember it.
