wow, wat was that?

I tried to AP and had strong Electrocution like vibrations, that started through my head and chest region and ran throughout my body!

I tried to Increase this feeling but rather it started reducing but still this feeling was felt for about 20 seconds!

But frns, during this time, I did feel something in the center of my head, that is INBETWEEN two ears and somewhat below nose, that feeling was like I am having a POWER SOURCE there, something like a sun like round thing emitting huge amount of power source( that most people state as having a feeling of splitting of brains  into two ).

Another thing I would like to tell was, I felt as if my whole astral body was like separated from physical body but that part acted like a STAPLE or a PAPER CLIP, that kept my physical body and astral body stick!

And vibrations were continuing during all this!
What was all this, any help??

Hey, chatzin!  

I think the power source you felt in your head was probably one of your chakras opening- either brow or crown. All your experience seems to be quite normal, as I've experienced the same many times. The vibrations are the effect of you separating from your physical body. Maybe next time you feel them, try using the rope technique - I tried it out last night and found to be quite effective. As I am too lazy to write all about it myself, you can download the book by Robert Bruce where he describes it, here:

Wow, I recently had that feeling too...feeling a mass power surge feeling like it was bursting forth from between my eyes, kind of in the area right above my nose. I was in sleep paralysis when this happened to me. I could even hear a loud high pitched buzz too. Crazy. Interesting to hear that it was probably the chakra activity...

Yes, Jimi, it was, and Porbably you have thrusted that CHAKRAA to get activated, you can search on net what that Chakra is for, like some Chakra hold control over mind, anger, etc., and even moreeeeee!

I couldnt find that BUZZING sound, may be coz I was concentrating too much over my SLEEP PARALYSIS and  that Chackra and Vibrations!

Yah, you know I used to get very distracted by my sleep paralysis. VERY. I used to even get pretty scared and fearful, which is actually a VERY common reaction. After several sleep par. experiences I learned to relax through it, not to fight it, and "let it happen". As soon as I learned to relax during sleep par. things would begin to really happen. I would feel my sleep par., focus on my 3rd eye (eyes closed), imagining my body was weightless. Crazy the things that followed.
The "buzzing" in the experience that I wrote in my last post just happened. I didn't expect it. It actually came around on its own as I was relaxed in my sleep paralysis. It got louder and louder and actually scared me a bit. When I got scared I kind of tensed up in my muscles and the buzzing seemed to get further and further away until it was no more and my sleep par was over.

It sounds like the energy flow from your brow chakra.

What's this about Robert Bruce talking about evil astral beings, lol. I think Bruce rarely talks about that, but he has shared some of his personal attacks, but what's wrong with that? It's reality. Evil exists in the etheric and lower astral planes. That's why most projectors have a guide, not to mention your higher self. Often when a guide thinks the projector is ready, the guide will allow such an attack from a disturbed astral entity. Learning self-defense is a good thing.  When you become a little more advanced at projecting then the bad guys will leave you alone.
