The 2 books which I've found interesting to help you understand OBE better are:-
1. The Secret of the Soul (Using out of body experiences to Understand Our True Nature) In this remarkable book, William Buhlman, offers the reader a comprehensive guidebook to understand and explore the fascinating phenomenon of OBE. It is filled with engrossign stories beased on the testimonies of people from all over the world, and offering forty new, easy to understand techniques.
2.Travelling with Power (Ken Eagle Feature). It's about Eagle Feather's personal exploration and adventures travelling into dimensions beyond the physical.
Of course you may read those books recommended by The Monroe Institute.

Has anyone proven OBE to the world ? If not, can it be made.
I am not as well experienced in OBE to prove it to the world, but someone could leave his/her body in one room and leave to another locked room and recognize for example somekind of painting on the wall.
That would be very very powerful proof for the world, and the man/woman who does that would be very famous [:)] As much as i know, it is possible.
