Strange Experience! Lucid Dream Induced Vibrations! (Advice Please)

Hey There!
So I had a dream that had some pretty strange content. Eventually, I realized it was a dream and started to float. At that moment I was suddenly back in my body and was in what is commonly described as "The Vibrational Phase" I started to leave my body through my chest when suddenly two arms wrapped around me from behind and I herd something whisper "Iiiiiiiii'm Soooooooorrrrrrrry" (I'm sorry long and creepy). Then I herd a voice chanting "Please get this thing off my back, please get this thing off my back,  please get this thing off my back,  please get this thing off my back." Finally after 5 minutes or so I just said out loud "I could kill you, you know." Not really sure why I chose those words, maybe because I felt like it was trying to kill me. That stopped the vibrations and I woke up with goosebumps and chills that didn't go away for about 10 minutes.

Does anyone know what those arms were? Anyone had a similar experience? I'm definitely not afraid to keep trying but do you have any advice for me if it happens like that again?

I remember that was my first OBE also when it started. I was flying and making swimming movements and got lucid the moment I noticed how ridiculous it was to 'swim in the air'. Then I also was back in my body/room (or the RTZ version of it) and had the vibrations (but they were actually kundalini-like energy vibes, that's another story).

The thing behind you could have been an astral hitch-hiker. Monroe also wrote about them.
