I have some questions!

1. When you astral project, can you interact with "physical" objects such as turning on a TV? Could you do this also when you Time Travel?

2. Can anyone link me to that web page that has that "Astral Projection Hole?" (The one with the multicolored circles that get smaller and smaller)

As they say... anything is possible, but I came accross only one descrpition of an OBE interacting with physical reality. I guess it was Bob Monroe (or Bruce Moen?) who, while being out of body, pinched a woman and she got a bruise on her hip.

I think it's not a good idea to target on such skills, as it may require real mastery in projecting and manipulating energy.

Can you interact with "physical" objects whilst in the astral? to give an official answer it would be YES but its VERY VERY hard from what I have researched on it. I dont think the average astral projecter can do it, I think to do something like that you would have to be VERY mastered and experienced at Astral projection and even then its not easy. As far as doing it whilst time travelling astrally I'm sure many would agree with me here that its a no. If one could then obviously it would disrupt the timeline but I might be wrong on this.

I dont know the website that has the "Astral projection hole" as you say but I was hoping you could tell me about it.

I agree with klaxen. I can see how it would be possible to interact with the physical whilst in the astral but it would involve partially phasing back to the physical while keeping your main focus in the astral. if that makes any sense. Same as if you phased partially away from the physical while you were in it you could probably pass through solid objects... so im thinking it would also work the other way around but be extremely difficult.
