Having problems in the vibrationstate

Hello.

I´m new here, a guy from sweden, hope that i´m welcome and that you understand me, even if my english could be better.

Im having some problems when trying to do a OBE, have never done a succesfull yet.

When i´m entering the vibration state in every musle in my body sloly starting to "tense" (don´t now the english word).

When i´m notising this i loose all focus and fall back to awake, very frustrating!

Anyone knows what i can do to fix this?
