Heart Chakra Pumping?

Ok, so i wake up early to do WBTB for a hopeful AP and if that fails then a WILD.

During the day if i lay on my bed after doing progressive relaxation, breathe awareness, chakra meditation. Nothing much happens.

Ive woken up for 2 days now and when i lay there fore 10 minutes my heart chakra starts pumping really fast and hard, this stays for about 5 - 10 minutes then goes aware.

Question: How far am i from SP? Am i doing something wrong to get the heart chakra racing? What can i do?

It sounds like you're subcosiously healing yourself/others

Try to control where this energy goes, re-route it elsewhere in your body. If you could consciously control this , then you could become a seriously powerful healer.

Thats cool, though i dont really know whether i want to become a healer.
