Heart pumping fast .....does it mean projection still imminent?

I had a Q about heart beats.

Before one tries to AP does it matter how fast ones heart is beating beforehand?

I often get nervous and my heart is pumping often more rapidly when I attempt to AP. Does this inhibit the attempt?

I didn't have an astral projection myself yet, but one night ago I could feel my foot coming out although my heart was also beating fast. I believe that this really doesn't matter as long as you don't get distracted by it.

Yes, rapid heart beat is a sign that you are very close to AP, but it also means that you are not relaxed enough and still conscious of beating heart and breathing etc.

Other times it means that its not the actual heart but 'heart chakra' that is pulsating fast, its harmless and should stop in few minutes. If you have enough practice and manage to remain conscious at that time, you will see that the pulsations are coming from something non-physical and the actual heart is calm and beating normally.

If you feel that its not one of the above, then quickly abort the process and see a doctor asap, because it can be a weak heart....Proceed only if all tests come favorable.

accelerated heart beats prior to an astral projection may cause a person to physically awaken.  if the quickened heart beat causes you to physically awaken, then it can be a problem.  just my personal experience.  a slower heart rate allows for a deeper trance.

it's much more difficult to project with a faster heart rate unless you're over-tired.
