Hello guyz:)i learnt for Astral Projection before some days...and i have seen and read some videos and sites...!And i would like to tell me some suggestions...how should i start?plz help...

Check out the website invisiblelight.us David Warner is a moderator on this site, and it is his website that has a lot of great stories and info. He's about to release a book pretty soon, and he's been a great help to me in answering any questions that I run into and assisting me on my journeys with my OBE's.

Also, read Robert Monroe's books beginning with Journeys out of the Body. Then read Ultimate Journey. He's is like the knowing authority on OBE's and spent about 40 years doing research on the stuff. He also founded the Monroe Institute which is solely developed to investigating this type of stuff. You can get his books used off of ebay for pretty cheap. Also read some of Robert Bruce's stuff. That's the best advice I can give you is just do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions! Good luck!
