Welcome! I hope you like it here, for downloads as fas as videos go just goto the file library and there should be dwonloads there. and for training guides just go up to articles in the tab resources.

I am new to this board. [^] I am currently reading a book about astral projection and discovered the link to this board.

I am not experienced at all. I'm still a beginner on this matter. But I remember some OBE's I had in the past.

Anyway, I'm very interested in this topic and hope to induce an OBE by will very soon.
