Well, i naturally want to astral project. My attempts have been fairly...Unmotivated? Hmm, well i want to change that. I want to try every night now, and I'm actually prepared to do that for once. Realized how much i need this. So my question is, does it matter if i set an alarm clock? Because waking up and not moving would only give me one attempt a week, and even than, it might not happen, which would be a bit annoying, especially if i have to use my lie in to focus when i like to doze while i can. So yeah, does it really matter if i use an alarm clock if it works for me?
Also, I'm going to set an alarm for 2 (i go to bed at 10, but probably get to sleep at 11, on a good night when my insomnia isn't too bad) and than wake myself, and should i attempt a technique straight away, or should i get up for like a minute and return to bed and than try a separation technique? Or should i adjust my times? Thanks for your help. Just want to have a plan of action so i can rely on it too work. Hopefully if i do it every night i should be able to project within two-four weeks.

Hello Tomcat. First off, read this everynight before you go to bed. You are telling yourself here what you wish to do and showing that you are "committed" to it.
On the clock thing, you have your own internal clock, all you need to do is to set it with your mind. But, if that doesn't work, an Alarm clock is great. There are a number of people that use this technique and have excellent results dong it. You can read about this technique and others in the stickies in this section here:  http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_astral_consciousness-b30.0/
